1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by

Roof Finish Solutions Ltd provides the following roofing services:
- New roof installation
- Roof repair and maintenance
- Flat roof systems (EPDM, felt, GRP)
- Slate and tiled roofing
- Chimney repairs
- Guttering and fascias
- Emergency roofing services
3. Quotations
All quotations provided are:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Based on the information provided at the time of assessment
- Subject to survey where applicable
- Exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
4. Deposits and Payment
Payment terms are as follows:
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Balance payment is due upon completion of works
- For larger projects, staged payments may be agreed upon
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
5. Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before works commence: full refund
of deposit

Cancellations made within 7 days: deposit may be retained to cover
costs incurred

Works already commenced: payment for work completed will be required
6. Guarantees
We provide guarantees on our workmanship which typically include:
- 10-year workmanship guarantee on new roof installations
- Materials are covered by manufacturer guarantees
- Guarantees are transferable to new property owners

neglect
7. Access and Site Conditions
By agreeing to our services, you confirm that:
- You have the authority to authorise work on the property
- Reasonable access to the property will be provided
- You will ensure safe working conditions for our team
- Access to power and water will be made available
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to:
- Direct loss or damage caused by our negligence
- Re-pair or replacement of faulty workmanship
- We do not accept liability for consequential losses
- Maximum liability is limited to the value of the contract
9. Delays
We will endeavour to complete works within agreed timescales. However,
we cannot be held liable for delays caused by:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Supply chain issues
- Circumstances beyond our control
10. Complaints
If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us
immediately. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days.
For unresolved issues, you may contact relevant trade associations or
dispute resolution services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and
Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of England and Wales.
